 HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Upon placing your order you will receive confirmation e mail. Please allow up to 48hrs for  your order to be processed. Our fulfillment warehouse will pack your goods and have it shipped as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number to your order. 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We ship worldwide and ensure we make every customers shopping experience with us an enjoyable one.Shipping takes between 7-14 days. 

IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time only upon the purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

DO YOU OFFER A REFUND IF I DON'T LIKE THE PRODUCT?


We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
We DO NOT send return labels, so you can send the item back however you prefer.
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the receive date.
Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with all the packaging intact.
Original invoice must be included in your return package. If you do not have your original invoice, you can print out your order confirmation email.
Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
We accept exchange for a different size. 
Please allow 3 business days for return processing.
Once your return is processed, we will email you an egift card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
Preorders of backordered items may ship separately.
Any returns past the policy will not be accepted or store credited.
If the product is damaged, let us know within 24 hours of receiving.
If the product is not the correct size, let us know within 24 hours of receiving.
Any product that has been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted.
Please do not attempt to return a package by refusing the package delivery as the tracking information on the refused package will be incomplete or potentially get lost.

Why is the price different?

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site
